Office Building

A small office building under construction in Champions Gate Village. The back of the building faces Legends Boulevard, the front faces two ponds, not doubt replete with Gators and snakes, as all ponds, lakes, rivers and creeks in Florida are.

I show you this building to illustrate the fact that ALL buildings in Champions Gate Village have the same color scheme and roofing tiles. It doesn't matter if it's McDonald's, Chili's, 7-11, or the Omni Hotel ... they all conform to this pattern.

Sometimes, conformity can be a good thing!

Is this a building code so that nothing gaudy is erected?
The color and style is very tasteful.

Hi GeorgeTown,
It's nice to go back on my blogtrip after being away from it for a little while.
This time I decided to put a comment on this other blog about your town which looks like growing fast, as we can see here.
I think it's a great idea to keep the same color scheme. Besides, this neutral tones are very elegant and relaxing.

Rambling Round: In this case, for sure!

Janice: It is a building code, and everything built is 'very tasteful' as you say! I think this particular code only applies to what is considered Champions Gate Village, as the condos and apartments are different, but also uniform in their own way.

Dorothee: Nice to see you!! Well, not literally see you ... you're probably saying to yourself, "My eye!" ... just being funny there, lol. I stopped by your blog earlier and got the French saying of the week!

I hope you will show what the front looks like when it is done. right now it looks like a prison building. Not saying that nastily but as a matter of fact. I guess they build them that way here. It is a beautiful community. MB

MB: I had no idea what they were building till recently. I will definitely show the finished product.

Uma Por Dia: Right now it sits between another small office building and a wooded area. I can only hope that the landscaping will be tremendous!!
