There is still some cattle ranching going on right next to Champions Gate. Oh to be the owner of this land!! Nothing can stop the development of resorts and homes in the area and these landowners will cash-in in due time.

Money, eh. Remember what your daughter said when the developments started. I feel bad we are paving over everything. Of course that's how I got to where I am today. MB

I agree with that, but I can't see it changing in this area. I'm actually amazed that there are still pastures to talk about!
Like the contrast of country versus city in this photo George. I'm surprised residents haven't complained about smells from the farms.
I meant I got to where I am today---up by the woods on a few acres---because I sold the little farm to (shhh) developers because PROGRESS shoved me out. MB
Janice: This particular piece of land is bordered by the golf course ... there are very few houses around it right now.

Hope they hold out for quite a while! condos are nice but so is the wide open spaces!
