I shot this pond flower around 8am this morning and when I saw how beautiful it was I just had to share it with Today's Flowers followers. It was growing a few feet from the shore, so this is the closest I could get. If you know what kind of plant / flower this is, please tell me in the comment section. Thanks.

You were right. It is a beautiful and delicate choice for Today's flowers.
Thanks for share so beautiful white flower.
Merry Christmas.
I don't know what it is, but it is so refreshing to see water that isn't frozen and ground that isn't covered in snow..
hi, nice beautiful picture, Capture of flowers and reflexes, it was incredibly beautiful.
hugs, Denise BC
How pretty is that flower and how wonderful to be near water that is NOT frozen this time of year!
I think it is of the Iris family but cannot be absolutely sure. A number of tuberous plants grow in shallow water.
Lovely watery shot.
Pretty little flower. Is this a test???? MB
wonderful flower, cute and lovely..
Great photo -love the angle. The flower is very delicate and pretty, but I'm not sure what it is.
A very beautiful picture, well composed! Thanks for sharing and for your visit on my blog!

Oh so lovely and delicate. Perfect time to take such an image. Looks like a plant we used to call a butterfly flower, but don't know what the botanical name is.
A lovely little delicate beauty!
I hope someone can name it for you. :)
I'm not sure what it is. Are the petals fused? Hard to tell from the photo. It looks to be like some sort of lily...then again my plant identification skills aren't very good outside of Australian natives.
Beautiful photo though!
Its a winter florida pond flower.
Fabatastic photo!
like the shot and the reflection...thanks for sharing.
Coca got it---its a wrap. MB
This is a nice flower and so much prettier when enlarged
Ah, it's so purty! You photographed it just right! I would never have guessed the name! Very nice picture...
