Construction continues in Champions Gate, despite the lousy economy. I shot this today while I was out for a walk - the temperature was around 80F. So nice!

The builders keep building and what happens--off they go with their money and sometimes the buildings remain empty. MB
That's happening here too. I expect they will remain empty too when built.
